Guest Terms & Policies

Reservations are encouraged, especially for events.
A deposit of $500 is required for groups of 8 or more to confirm your reservation. This deposit must be paid in advance and is non-refundable unless canceled 48 hours before your reservation.
Guests must arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time to avoid forfeiting their table.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

All sales and reservation deposits are non-refundable unless an event or reservation is canceled by Sips and Tips.
In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for no-shows or late arrivals.

Reservations can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the reservation time.
Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are not eligible for refund or rescheduling credit.

Reservation confirmations are delivered via email immediately after booking. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please contact us.

Sips and Tips is a vibrant bar and lounge that offers:

Dine-in food and beverage services, including appetizers, main dishes, and desserts.
Cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Reservations for tables and group dining.
Special event nights with DJs, karaoke, happy hour, wine tasting and couples night.

All transactions made through our website or in person are processed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD).

Alcohol will only be served to guests who are 18 years or older.
Valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
We reserve the right to deny alcohol service to anyone who is intoxicated or cannot provide proof of age.
